This website (megadrop.fr) is operated by SAS CLAIRET (“Megadrop”, “we”). By visiting this site and/or purchasing one of our products, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.
Article 1 – Terms of use
By accepting these Terms, you declare that you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence. The use of our products for any unlawful purpose is prohibited. Any breach of these Terms results in the immediate termination of our services.
Article 2 – Products
We sell Pokémon cards and related products: sealed new items (booster packs, displays, boxes), graded cards and single cards. Sealed products are new and original; the contents of booster packs are random, no specific card is guaranteed. For graded cards, the displayed grade corresponds to the certification of the case. Visuals are non-contractual for products with random contents. Megadrop is an independent reseller, not affiliated with The Pokémon Company.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. They may be changed at any time without notice. Any shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Order and payment
Payment is made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Shop Pay, via 100% secure payment (SSL encryption, PCI-DSS standard). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular in the event of a prior dispute or an abnormal order.
Article 5 – Accuracy of information
We strive to display accurate information but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions (descriptions, prices, availability). We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel an order whose price is clearly incorrect.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3 business days, in tracked parcels. Free shipping on orders over €100 in Europe. See our Shipping Policy.
Article 7 – Withdrawal, returns and refund
You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Detailed terms are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Article 8 – Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the GDPR.
Article 9 – Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logo, graphic identity) are the property of SAS CLAIRET. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
Article 10 – Liability
Our products and services are provided “as is”. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
Article 11 – Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the registered office of SAS CLAIRET (Aix-en-Provence), subject to consumer protection provisions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page.
