Return and Refund Policy
At Megadrop (SAS CLAIRET), your trust comes first.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under your statutory right of withdrawal (in accordance with EU and French consumer law, articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
Return conditions
- Sealed products (booster packs, displays, boxes) must be returned new and unopened, with the original packaging intact.
- Graded cards must be returned in their original case, unsealed.
- Single cards must be returned in the same condition as when shipped.
Procedure
To start a return, email contact@megadrop.fr with your order number. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund
After receiving and checking the return, we refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
Damaged or non-compliant parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or non-compliant, contact us within 48 hours with photos: we will replace it or refund it in full, shipping included.
